ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE, ADVANCED LEVEL

3.0 HR. (ESL) Prerequisite; Appropriate score on a standardized ESL test accepted by the Illinois Community College Board or the College. This course centers on instruction in listening, speaking, reading, and writing using the English language, including life skills, technology skills, career exploration, civics education, and workforce skills. Repeatable three times. Three lecture hours per week.
