CLINICAL LABORATORY SKILLS FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANTS

4.0 HR. (OC) Prerequisite: HLTH 121, BIOL 140, MEDO 110, AND MEDO 112 all with a grade of C or better, and concurrently enrolled in MEDO 111. This course is designed to instruct the student in theory and technique for performing phlebotomy and basic medical laboratory tests that are carried out in medical offices. Two lecture hours and six laboratory hours per week. (Formerly CLT 111)
