FUNDAMENTLS OF SURGICAL TECHNOLOGYII

4.0 HR. (OC) Prerequisite: SURTK 121 with a grade of "C" or better. This course is a continuation of Fundamentals of Surgical Technology I with emphasis on acquiring knowledge and skills of scrubbing and assisting during surgical procedures in the operating room. Specific areas of study include genitourinary and orthopedics systems. Three lecture hours and two clinical hours per week.
