2.0 HR. (OC) Prerequisite: RESP 110, 112, 115, and 122 with a grade of C or better or department approval. This course is an introduction to the study of drugs, their properties, and classifications. Emphasis will be placed on the types of medication used in respiratory care. Also included is microbiology and sterilization techniques for respiratory care. Two lecture hours per week.
